Kjøp Staub støpejern stekepanne

That lilac color is even prettier in person, and the cast iron heats so evenly for a pan this size. It handles everything from searing to shallow frying without a single hotspot, which I didn't expect from an 8.5-inch skillet.

The deep walls on this 8.5-inch skillet are perfect for gravies without splashing everywhere, and the lilac finish has held up beautifully through daily use. It's heavier than my old pan, but the heat distribution is so even that I don't mind the arm workout.

The 8.5-inch depth is just right for pan sauces without splattering everywhere, and the lilac finish has held up beautifully through daily use. Heats evenly and cleans up with minimal fuss.
