Koop Staub Gietijzeren Pure grill

The heat retention on this cast iron is honestly impressive—my steaks came out with those dark grill marks I can never get on a nonstick pan. The turquoise enamel is even prettier in person, and the double handles make it way easier to lift off the stove when it's screaming hot.

I've been grilling chicken and veggies on this thing almost every night since it arrived, and the sear marks are restaurant-quality. The double handles make it way easier to lift off the stove than my old pan, even with oven mitts on.

The turquoise enamel is even prettier in person, and it's held up perfectly through several rounds of high-heat grilling. Cleanup is the real surprise though, stuck-on bits just lift right off.
