Koop Staub Gietijzeren Mini cocotte

The little 0.25 qt pot is perfect for making individual garlic confit or warming a single serving of sauce. The white truffle exterior looks beautiful on the table and the lid fits so snugly it barely lets steam escape.

The cast iron holds heat so well that my single-serve dip stayed bubbling through the whole appetizer course. That white truffle color is matte and gorgeous on the table, way prettier than I expected for something this small. The 0.25 qt size is perfect for one person's onion soup.

I got this little 0.25 qt cocotte for baking single-serve desserts, and it's the perfect size for a personal crumble or two eggs. The white truffle glaze wipes clean so easily that I've stopped bothering with the dishwasher.
