Koop Staub Gietijzeren Braadpan

The 5 quart size is perfect for a whole chicken plus veggies, and nothing sticks to the black interior. I've been using it weekly since it arrived and the sesame glaze still looks brand new after a quick rinse.

The lid seals so tightly that I can hear a little hiss when I lift it off, and the 5-quart size fits a whole chicken without crowding. Cleanup is a breeze since the enamel inside takes a good scrubbing without showing wear. I've used it three times this week already.

The sesame color is even prettier in person and the 5 qt size handles a whole chicken with room to spare. The cast iron heats so evenly that my stew simmered perfectly with zero hot spots, and cleanup was a breeze.
