스타우브 주철 소테 팬 유리 뚜껑 구매

I've had this braiser on my stove for three weeks now and the peony pink color still makes me smile every time I walk past. The cast iron heats so evenly that my onions caramelize without a single burnt spot, and the glass lid makes it easy to check on dinner without lifting it.

The glass lid fits snugly and lets me monitor the braise without losing heat, and the peony pink enamel is a cheerful pop of color on my stove. The cast iron holds temperature beautifully for a slow simmer, and cleanup is a breeze.

That peony pink is even prettier in person, and the 3.5 qt size handles a whole chicken with room for veggies. The cast iron heats so evenly that my sauce simmered without a single hot spot.
