Scooped up gravy and stirred a roux with the same spoon tonight, and the edge is thin enough to scrape the pan without scratching it. Cleans up in seconds by hand too.

The handle sits perfectly in my palm and the spoon’s weight feels balanced whether I’m stirring a pot or serving a stew. I’ve used it for everything from sauces to scooping rice, and it cleans up in seconds.

Honestly wasn't expecting a spoon to feel this solid in my hand, but the weight and balance are perfect for scooping straight from the pot. It's handled everything from soups to stews without bending or scratching my pans. A real workhorse.
