Staub La Cocotte フレンチオーブン ホースを購入

The horse lid is a showstopper on my stovetop—guests always do a double take. The 5 qt size handled a whole chicken and then some, and cleanup was a breeze with the matte black interior.

The matte black finish is even more striking in person, and the horse lid adds a playful touch that my dinner guests can't stop commenting on. I've used it for three braises this week and the even heat distribution is exactly what I hoped for in a 5 qt.

The horse lid is such a fun conversation starter on my stovetop, and the matte black finish hides fingerprints way better than my old shiny pot did. It’s heavy and solid, heated evenly for a batch of stew, and cleaned up without any fuss.
