Staub 鋳鉄ミニココットを購入

I use this little 0.25 qt pot for melting butter and keeping dips warm at the table, and the cast iron holds heat way longer than I expected. It's small enough to leave out on the counter, and cleanup takes about a minute.

The graphite grey finish is so deep and glossy in person, and the lid fits with that satisfying Staub snap. I've already used it to bake a single molten lava cake and it cleaned up with just a wipe. Tiny but mighty for one dessert portion.
