The white truffle enamel looks even better in person, and cleanup is way easier than my old bare cast iron. I've used it for braising short ribs twice this month and everything came out fork tender.

The 3.75 qt size is perfect for a family of four's stews and risottos, and the white truffle finish is way prettier in person than in photos. Sear in it, then straight into the oven, one pot.

I've made three batches of no-knead bread in this since it arrived, and the crust comes out perfectly every time. The white truffle color is gorgeous on my stove, and cleanup is just a quick soak since nothing really sticks.
