Didn't think I needed another Dutch oven until this one arrived, but the heat retention is unreal — I seared a chuck roast then moved the whole pot straight to the oven. The white exterior does show splatter, though it wipes clean easily enough.

The white enamel interior makes cleanup so much easier than my old bare cast iron, and nothing sticks to it. Five quarts is the perfect size for a whole chicken with vegetables around it.
