スタウブ 鋳鉄ココットを購入

The 1.25 qt size is perfect for a single serving of soup or a couple of baked eggs, and the cast iron heats so evenly I've stopped reaching for my old nonstick pan. It's heavy for its size but that's exactly why it holds heat so well.

Bought this 1.25 qt size for single servings of soup and it's become my go-to pot. The cast iron holds heat so well that I can sear chicken on the stove and finish it in the oven without dirtying another pan.

The matte black finish hides stains way better than my old enameled pot, and the 1.25 qt size is perfect for a single serving of soup. Only gripe is that it's heavier than I expected for such a small pot.
