Grilled chicken breasts came out with those dark sear lines you usually only get at a steakhouse, and cleanup was just a quick scrub since nothing stuck. The square shape fits two big burgers at once without crowding. Heavy, but that's the point.

The basil color is gorgeous in person and the square shape fits two ribeyes without crowding. Sear marks come out sharp and it cleans up easier than my old round pan.

Wasn't sure I needed a square pan until I used this one for kebabs and veggies at the same time. The basil enamel looks great on the table and the grill ridges leave proper char marks on chicken. Heavy, but it's staying on my stove.
