MIYABI KAIZEN II 5000FCD ナイフブロックセットを購入

The blade geometry makes prep work feel effortless—I nearly cried the first time I sliced through a tomato without crushing it. Each knife fits my hand perfectly, and the block keeps them organized without taking over the counter.

The Miyabi craftsmanship is immediately obvious when you pull each knife from its wooden block. The blades arrived razor sharp out of the box and the FCD steel holds its edge beautifully through a full week of meal prep.

These knives feel perfectly weighted in my hand, and the natural wood block looks beautiful sitting on my counter. The 7-piece set covers every task I need, and each blade has kept its edge through a week of heavy meal prep.
