Grilled chicken thighs came out with deep sear lines and the square shape fits two at once without crowding. It's heavy, sure, but the heat retention means I'm not babysitting the stove. Cleaning the ridges takes a minute, worth it though.

The citron color is way brighter in person than I expected and it looks great sitting on the stove. Grill marks come out sharp and it holds heat really evenly, though it's heavy enough that I leave it out rather than put it away.
