Beli Set Ramekin Stoneware Staub

I use these 3.5-inch prep bowls for holding minced garlic and ginger while I cook, and the dark blue glaze looks way nicer than my old plastic ones. The stoneware feels sturdy and cleans up in seconds.

These little 3.5-inch bowls are the perfect size for holding prepped garlic and shallots while I cook. The stoneware feels substantial and cleans up in seconds, even after sitting with olive oil in them.

The dark blue glaze looks way richer in person than in the photos, and the 3.5-inch size is perfect for a single serving of crème brûlée. They're heavier than my old ramekins, which I actually like — no sliding around on the counter. Been using them almost daily for two weeks and no chips yet.
