Beli Staub Cast Iron Rice cocotte

The citron color is brighter in person than I expected and it looks great sitting on the stove. Rice comes out fluffy every time, and the cast iron holds heat so well that I barely need to adjust the flame. The 1.5 qt size is perfect for two servings.

I've been using this little 1.5 qt cocotte for rice and it comes out perfect every time, no sticking at all. The cast iron holds heat so well that I can turn the burner off and it keeps cooking. It's heavy for its size, but that's exactly what I wanted.

The citron color is even prettier in person, and the cast iron holds heat so well that my rice comes out fluffy every time. It's heavier than I expected for such a small pot, but that's honestly why it cooks so evenly.
