Beli Staub Cast Iron Rice cocotte

I was worried 1.5 quarts would be too small, but it's perfect for two cups of rice and the heavy cast iron lid keeps every grain fluffy. The petite size also fits neatly on my shelf without hogging space.

Rice comes out perfectly fluffy every time, and the sesame finish looks gorgeous sitting right on my stovetop. The 1.5 qt size is ideal for two servings, and clean-up is a breeze since nothing sticks to the cast iron. Free shipping was a nice bonus for such a heavy little pot.

The lid fits so snugly that barely any steam escapes, and the 1.5 qt size is perfect for two servings of rice. Cleanup is a breeze since the cast iron finish doesn't seem to stick. This little pot has quickly become my go-to for weeknight sides.
