Beli Staub Cast Iron Oven dish

My casserole nights have completely changed since this arrived—the even heat distribution from the cast iron makes everything from lasagna to baked pasta come out perfectly golden every single time. The oval shape fits my oven beautifully, and cleanup is a breeze with just a gentle scrub.

The graphite grey finish looks even better in person, and the oval shape fits a whole chicken with room for veggies. It’s my second cast iron piece and the heat distribution is exactly what I hoped for, plus cleanup is a breeze.

Ditched my old casserole dish for this 9.5-inch oval and the heat distribution is unreal—even the edges cook perfectly. It's heavy as hell but that's exactly why it sears so well. The graphite grey looks sharp on the table, too.
