The deep skillet walls are perfect for searing and then simmering without splatter, and the 11-inch size fits a full chicken comfortably. Even a small splash of oil goes a long way with this cast iron, so cleanup is quicker than I expected. It's already become my go-to for one-pan dinners.

The lilac color is even prettier in person, and this 11-inch skillet has the perfect weight for searing without being too heavy to handle. It's become my go-to pan for everything from steaks to shallow frying, and cleanup is a breeze with just a quick wipe.

The lilac color is gorgeous in person, and the cast iron heats evenly enough that my eggs slide right out. Only gripe is the pan's a bit heavy to lift with one hand when full, but that's expected for the material.
