Beli Staub Wajan Besi Cor tradisional

The deep skillet walls are a game-changer for pan sauces—nothing splashes over, and the cast iron heats so evenly that my chicken cooks perfectly every time. Arrived quickly and the free shipping made it a fair deal for the heft and quality you get.

The eucalyptus color is even prettier in person, and the deep walls mean I can pan-fry without oil splattering all over the stovetop. It's heavy but that cast iron heat retention makes the crispiest chicken skin I've managed at home.

The 11-inch size is perfect for searing a whole chicken, and the cast iron heats so evenly that I’ve stopped reaching for my other pans. The eucalyptus finish is a nice pop of color in my kitchen, and it cleans up easier than I thought it would for a skillet this heavy.
