The grenadine color is even richer in person, and the 10-inch size handles everything from eggs to seared chicken without sticking. The cast iron heats so evenly that I’ve retired my old nonstick pan for good.

Cooked with it three nights in a row already and the heat retention is no joke—sears a steak perfectly even on my weak electric stove. The 10-inch size is just right for two portions, and cleanup is way easier than I expected for cast iron.

The grenadine color is absolutely stunning in person, exactly like the photos, and the 10-inch size fits perfectly on my stovetop for weeknight searing. Cleanup is a breeze since it came pre-seasoned and ready to use right out of the box.
