Beli Staub Wajan Besi Cor

The dark blue finish is what sold me, and it looks even better in person than on screen. The 12-inch size fits a whole batch of chicken thighs without crowding, and cleanup is just a quick wipe since it's bare cast iron.

The pan heats evenly across the whole 12-inch surface, and the dark blue enamel coating has held up perfectly through daily use without any chipping. The cast iron gives a beautiful sear on steaks that I couldn't get with my old nonstick pan.

The dark blue enamel is even more striking in person, and it heats so evenly that my pancakes come out golden every single time. Arrived quickly with free shipping, and the 12-inch surface holds plenty for a family dinner.
