Beli Staub Oven Prancis Besi Cor

The white enamel interior makes it so easy to see when onions are actually browning instead of guessing in a dark pot. I've been using it for everything from braising short ribs to baking no-knead bread, and the heat distribution is remarkably even. Cleaning has been surprisingly simple too — nothin

Didn't think I needed another Dutch oven until this one arrived, but the heat retention is unreal — I seared a chuck roast then moved the whole pot straight to the oven. The white exterior does show splatter, though it wipes clean easily enough.

The white enamel interior makes cleanup so much easier than my old bare cast iron, and nothing sticks to it. Five quarts is the perfect size for a whole chicken with vegetables around it.
