Beli Staub Oven Prancis Besi Cor

The oval shape actually fits a whole chicken with room to spare, which my old round pot never could. Being a factory second, I braced for a flaw but the only thing I found was a tiny speck on the base. It's heavy, sure, but it holds heat like nothing else I own.

The white enamel interior makes it so easy to see when fond is building, which I never got with my old dark pot. Heats evenly across the whole oval and the 6.25 qt size fits a whole chicken with room for veggies. Honestly can't find the flaw that made it a second.

I was nervous buying a factory second, but the only flaw I can find is a tiny speck on the underside of the lid. The 6.25 qt oval size fits a whole chicken with room for vegetables, and it went straight from stovetop to oven without any issues.
