The cherry color is even richer in person, and the 5-qt depth handles a whole chicken with room to spare. I grabbed this as a factory second and honestly can’t spot the flaw—it’s heavy, heats evenly, and cleaned up like a dream.

The lid seals so tightly that steam barely escapes, and the deep walls are perfect for braising without splatters. Even being a factory second, I can't find the flaw, and it heats evenly on my gas range. My stews have never come out this tender.
