Beli Staub Cast Iron Cocotte

I braised short ribs for a crowd of twelve and there was still room left in the pot. The grenadine enamel is gorgeous on the table, and the heat distribution is so even that nothing scorched on the bottom.

The 13.25 quart size is honestly overkill for two people, but it's perfect when I'm making stock or braising a whole pork shoulder for a crowd. The heat distribution is incredibly even, and the grenadine enamel looks even richer in person than in the photos.

I've been using this for big batch chili and the even heat on the cast iron is unreal—no scorching on the bottom even after two hours. The grenadine color is deeper and richer in person, and cleanup has been way easier than I expected.
