Beli Staub Cast Iron Cocotte

The graphite grey enamel interior has held up beautifully through a dozen braises and chili batches without staining. It's heavy enough to feel solid but the handles are easy to grip even with oven mitts on.

The 13.25 qt size is honestly enormous — I fit two whole chickens plus root vegetables in there with room to spare. The graphite grey finish looks sharp enough to leave out on the stove, and cleanup was way easier than my old enamel pot.

I made a big batch of chili for a crowd last weekend and the heat distribution on this thing was unreal — no scorching on the bottom at all. The black matte interior also seems way more forgiving than my old enameled pot, nothing stuck.
