Beli Staub Cast Iron Cocotte

I've been using this little 1.75 qt cocotte for single servings of soup and it's become my go-to pot. The cherry enamel finish wipes clean so easily, and it holds heat way better than my old saucepan.

The heart shape is what sold me, but the 1.75 qt size turned out perfect for two portions of soup or a small side of braised short ribs. It's heavy, obviously, but the cherry enamel has held up through oven and stovetop use without staining.

Bought this in the cherry red for Valentine's and it's become my go-to for small batches of soup and single-serve cobblers. The 1.75 qt size is perfect for two people, and the cast iron holds heat so well I can serve straight from the pot.
