The cherry enamel finish is gorgeous enough to bring straight to the table, and cleanup after braising short ribs was way easier than with my old bare cast iron. Heats evenly and holds temperature beautifully, though it's genuinely heavy once full.

The 2.75 qt size is perfect for a small batch of stew or a whole chicken, and it goes from stovetop to oven without any fuss. The cherry enamel looks great sitting on the table too, so I just serve straight out of it.

The black matte interior has made cleanup so much easier than my old enamel pot — nothing sticks. I've been using it for everything from braising short ribs to baking a small loaf of bread, and the heat distribution is beautifully even. Worth every penny.
