Beli Staub Cast Iron Cocotte

I've been using this for braising short ribs and the heat distribution is so even that everything comes out fork-tender. The 4 qt size is perfect for a family of four with leftovers, and cleanup is way easier than my old pot.

The black matte interior has held up way better than the enamel on my old pot, no staining even after a curry. It's heavy, but that weight is exactly why my short ribs come out so tender. Two months in and I reach for this thing constantly.

The 4 quart size is perfect for a batch of chili or a whole chicken, and the cherry red looks great sitting on my stove. Nothing sticks to the black enamel interior, cleanup is just a quick rinse. Worth every penny.
