Beli Staub Cocotte Besi Cor

The 5.5 qt size is perfect for a whole chicken with root vegetables, and the heat distribution is noticeably even compared to my old pot. The black matte enamel cleans up way easier than I expected.

Cooked a whole chicken in this matte black cocotte and the even heat distribution had it falling off the bone in under an hour. The 5.5 quart size fits a full batch of stew without splashing over. Cleanup was a breeze too—just a quick wipe and it looks brand new.

The lid seals so tightly that steam barely escapes—my stews come out richer and more tender than anything I've made in cheaper pots. Cleanup is a breeze with just warm water and a soft sponge, and the 5.5 qt size handles a whole chicken with room to spare.
