Beli Staub Cocotte Besi Cor

That eucalyptus green looks even better in person than in the photos, and the black matte interior means I don't have to worry about staining it with tomato sauce. Heavy, sure, but it holds heat so evenly that my pot roast came out fork-tender.

The eucalyptus color is even richer in person, and the 4-quart size handles a whole chicken with room to spare. Cleanup is a breeze since the enamel inside didn't stain after a long braise.

The lid sits so snugly that my stews barely lose any moisture, and cleanup is a breeze with just a quick wipe. Four quarts is the perfect size for our family of four, and the cast iron heats evenly enough that I've retired my old heavy pot for good.
