Beli Staub Cocotte Besi Cor

Cooking for a crowd used to mean juggling multiple pots, but this 5.5 qt round cocotte handles everything in one go. The basil color is even richer in person, and the cast iron holds heat so steadily that my bread came out with a perfect crust. Worth every penny for the size alone.

The lid seals so well that my stews come out more tender than anything I’ve made in my old pot, and cleanup is just a quick wipe. Five quarts is the perfect size for a Sunday batch for the whole week.

The basil color is even prettier in person, and the 5.5 qt size has been perfect for Sunday braises. The cast iron heats so evenly that my stews come out tender without any scorching on the bottom. It's a bit heavy to lift when full, but that's expected for something this solid.
