Beli Staub Cast Iron Cocotte

The lid seal is incredible—I braised a pork shoulder for three hours and the liquid level barely dropped. Cleanup took two minutes with just warm water, and the 5.5 quart size fits a whole chicken without crowding.

The grenadine color is even richer in person, and the 5.5 qt size handles a whole chicken with room to spare. The cast iron heats so evenly that my stew came out perfectly browned without any hot spots. Shipping was quick and it arrived well-packaged, exactly as promised.
