Beli Staub Cast Iron Cocotte

The 7 quart size is perfect for big batches of chili or a whole chicken, and the graphite grey finish looks way nicer in person than I expected. Heat distribution is really even, nothing scorches on the bottom even after an hour of simmering.

The lid fits so snugly that barely any steam escapes, and the 7-quart size handles a whole chicken with room to spare. Cleanup is honestly a breeze—braised short ribs came right off with a quick soak.

The graphite grey finish looks even better in person than on screen, and the 7-quart size handles my Sunday stews without any splashing. I’ve used it three times already and cleanup is a breeze—the interior stays nonstick even after searing.
