Beli Staub Cast Iron Cocotte

The lid seals so tightly that I barely need to reduce the heat once it's simmering, and cleanup is just a quick wipe. This 7-quart size handles a whole chicken and then some, and the eucalyptus finish looks even better in person than on screen.

That eucalyptus color is even more beautiful in person, and the 7-quart size handles a whole chicken with room to spare. The enamel inside is already proving easy to clean after a few braises. Shipping was quick too, which I appreciated.

The eucalyptus color is even prettier in person—a soft, muted green that looks great on the stovetop. The 7-quart size handled a big batch of stew without any splashing, and the lid seals so tight the meat came out incredibly tender.
