The 6.25 qt size is honestly perfect for batch cooking—I made a huge pot of short ribs and there was still room to spare. The cherry enamel finish cleans up way easier than my old bare cast iron, just a quick soak and wipe. It's heavy, but that's kind of the point with cast iron.
