The black matte interior is a game changer for searing short ribs before they go in the oven — nothing sticks and cleanup is quick. I was worried the graphite grey would look dull in person, but it's actually a really handsome pot I leave out on the stove.

Made a big batch of chili for eight people in this and there was still room to spare — the 9 quart size is no joke. The cast iron heats so evenly that nothing scorched on the bottom, even after simmering for two hours. Cleanup took maybe five minutes.
