The eucalyptus color is even nicer in person and the 5.5 qt size handles a whole chicken with room for veggies. Cleanup is surprisingly easy too, nothing stuck after a slow braise.

The eucalyptus color is even prettier in person, kind of a muted sage that looks great on the stove. I've used it for braising short ribs and the heat retention is no joke, everything came out fork tender. Cleanup took a little soaking but that's cast iron for you.
