Osta ZWILLING Four Star Eco -veitsiteline

The blades arrived razor-sharp out of the box, and the brown upright block takes up way less counter space than my old magnetic strip. I've had Zwilling knives before, so the weight and balance feel familiar, but the eco handle grip is noticeably more comfortable during a long prep session.

The upright block keeps everything neatly tucked against the backsplash, which frees up counter space in my tiny kitchen. These knives feel wonderfully balanced in hand and have stayed razor sharp through a month of daily chopping, dicing, and slicing.

The knives slide out of the block with a satisfying weight, and the upright design takes up barely any counter space. Been using them daily for a week now, and the edge on the chef's knife is still razor-sharp.
