The 10-inch oval size is perfect for serving asparagus or a small side without everything sliding around. The white truffle glaze has a subtle speckled finish that looks way pricier than it was, and it's held up fine after a few dishwasher cycles.

The oval shape actually fits a whole roasted chicken without crowding, which I didn't expect from a 10-inch dish. Glaze wipes clean with just a sponge, no soaking needed.

The white truffle glaze has this subtle sheen that makes even roasted carrots look restaurant-worthy. It's heavier than my old plates, which I actually love since it stays put when I'm carrying it to the table. Cleaning is easy too, nothing has stained it yet.
