The graphite grey finish hides stains way better than my old white enamel pot, and the 5 qt size is perfect for a whole chicken plus vegetables. Sear on the stove, straight into the oven, and cleanup is honestly a quick soak.

I've had this French oven for two months and the heat retention is unreal — I seared a chuck roast on the stove then moved the whole thing to the oven without a second pot. The graphite grey finish hides stains way better than my old white enameled one did.

The graphite grey finish looks even better in person, and the 5-quart size is perfect for batch cooking. Cast iron heats so evenly that my stews come out spot-on every time.
