Osta Staub valurautainen amerikkalainen grilli

The square shape gives me way more searing room than my old round pan, and those grill ridges leave proper marks on chicken thighs. It's heavy, but that cast iron heat retention is exactly what I wanted for weeknight dinners.

The grenadine enamel on this one is even prettier in person, and the deep ridges give my steaks those dark grill marks I could never get from a regular pan. It's heavy, sure, but it holds heat so evenly that I've basically stopped using anything else for weeknight dinners.

The square 12-inch griddle fits my stovetop perfectly and the cast iron takes a beating without warping - I've used it every night since it arrived. Gets grill marks like a pro.
