Køb Staub støbejerns riscocotte

I've been using this little 1.5 qt cocotte for jasmine rice and it comes out fluffy every time, no scorching on the bottom. The pistachio color is muted and pretty on the table, and cleanup is just a quick soak.

The lid seals so well that rice comes out perfectly fluffy every single time, and cleanup is just a quick wipe since nothing sticks. I’ve used it three times this week already, and the 1.5 qt size is just right for two portions. This little pot’s a workhorse.

The pistachio color is even prettier in person, and the cast iron heats so evenly that my rice comes out perfect every time. It’s heavy, but that solid feel makes it worth the counter space.
