The 8.5-inch size is perfect for solo dinners, and the deep walls catch splatter way better than my old skillet. Cast iron heats evenly across the whole surface, and I love that it went straight from stovetop to the oven without a hitch.

That grenadine color is gorgeous in person—it's the first thing people notice when it's on the stove. I've fried eggs and seared chicken in it and the heat distribution is impressively even, and cleanup is just a quick rinse since it's cast iron.

The 8.5-inch size is perfect for two servings, and it heats so evenly that my omelets come out flawless every time. Cast iron takes a bit to get used to, but this pan holds heat like a champ and cleans up easier than I expected.
