The basil green finish is honestly stunning in person—it’s the kind of pan you want to leave out on the stove. Cast iron heats evenly and holds it, which makes deep frying and braising feel effortless. Shipping was fast and it arrived well-packed, no complaints at all.

The 11-inch depth is perfect for searing without oil splattering everywhere, and the cast iron heats so evenly. I’ve used it every night since it arrived, and cleanup is just a quick wipe — the seasoning holds up beautifully.

The basil green is even richer in person, and the 11-inch size handles everything from searing to shallow frying without a splash. Arrived well-packed and the enamel surface cleaned up with just a wipe, so it's already my go-to pan.
