The deep walls on this 8.5-inch skillet are perfect for simmering sauces without splatter, and the pure white enamel makes cleanup ridiculously quick. I've used it nearly every day for two weeks and it still looks brand new, even after a few accidental high-heat sessions.

The white enamel on this 8.5-inch skillet cleans up shockingly well—even after searing, a quick wipe and it’s back to looking brand new. Cast iron’s heat retention is no joke, and the deep sides keep splatter contained. Shipping was fast and it arrived in perfect shape.

I've been reaching for this 8.5-inch deep skillet every single night since it arrived. That pure white coating makes cleanup ridiculously easy, even after I've seared things at high heat, and the cast iron holds temperature so steadily.
