The 8.5-inch depth is perfect for shallow frying without splattering everywhere, and the citron color genuinely brightens up my kitchen storage. Cast iron heats so evenly that my omelets come out consistently golden, and cleanup is just a quick wipe since it's seasoned nicely out of the box.

I was skeptical about the weight at first, but the 8.5-inch depth makes it perfect for one-pan dinners. Searing chicken and then finishing it in the oven without switching pans has been a game changer for my weeknights.

The 8.5-inch size is perfect for solo meals, and the deep walls mean I can sear without splattering oil everywhere. The citron enamel is a cheerful pop of color in my kitchen, and it went from stovetop to oven without a fuss. Worth every penny for the heat retention alone.
