Køb Staub støbejern stegepande

I've been using this little pan every morning for garlic and butter sauces, and the matte black finish hasn't stained or warped after weeks of high heat. The cast iron holds temperature so evenly that my caramel doesn't scorch in the corners.

The matte black finish is exactly what I wanted for a mini pan, and the 4.5-inch size handles a single fried egg perfectly. It's heavier than I expected for something so small, but that just means it heats evenly and feels sturdy. Arrived well-packaged and I've already used it every morning since.

I was skeptical a cast iron pan this small would see much use, but it’s become my go-to for toasting spices and making a single fried egg. The matte black finish doesn’t stick at all once it’s seasoned, and the 4.5-inch size heats up faster than my big skillet.
