Køb Staub Støbejerns fransk ovn

I was pleasantly surprised by how evenly the cast iron distributes heat across the wide oval base—no more hot spots when braising. The pure white exterior looks stunning on my dinner table, and the lid fits so tightly that I barely lose any steam. Definitely a workhorse for slow-cooked stews and roa

The wide oval shape actually fits a whole chicken with the veggies around it, which my old round pot never managed. Heats evenly on the stovetop and goes straight into the oven at 425 without any issues.

The white enamel interior makes it so easy to see when my onions are actually browning, no more guessing. I've done a whole chicken in it and the oval shape fits better on my stovetop than my old round one did. Heavy, but that's kind of the point.
